Meet Maddie

Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Maddie (she/they) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering therapy virtually and in person in Hamilton, Ontario. I work with teens, adolescents, students, and adults. I am a silly human who is down to earth, loves to connect deeply with nature and others, and loves everything self-awareness. I will do my best to help you feel seen and heard as we collectively work together to piece together the metaphorical breadcrumbs you're experiencing in your life.

Life is an adventure with its ups and downs and its all arounds, and together we will try to make the best of this wild, whacky and fulfilling journey. Read more about me and my approach by clicking the link below!

Psychology Today Profile:

Thanks for submitting!

I acknowledge that Hamilton is located on land that has been inhabited by Indigenous people for thousands of years.  It sits on the traditional territory of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation peoples. I am grateful to have this opportunity to work, live and play on this land.
